Brio currently delivers within designated zip codes in North Jersey. To check your address, enter your zip code at checkout.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made Sunday through Monday between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. You will receive email and/or SMS notification with your specific delivery window. Windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery information at checkout;
- Ensure someone is present or a safe drop-off location is available;
- Refrigerate meals immediately upon receipt;
- Notify Brio of address changes at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title to meals passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Brio is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or spoilage after delivery.
