Brio Meals LLC ("Brio," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data.
Information We Collect
- Information you provide: full name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order history, dietary preferences, delivery instructions, and payment information (processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers).
- Automatically Collected Data. When you visit briomealsonline.com, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution;
- Usage data: pages visited, time spent, links clicked, referring URLs, and navigation paths;

- Email interaction data: pixel tags in our emails may indicate whether emails were opened or links clicked.

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.
We share information only with: payment processors (e.g., Stripe); delivery and logistics partners; email and SMS service providers; analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics); and legal authorities when required by law.
Advertising Partners. We may share hashed or anonymized customer information (such as encrypted email addresses) with digital advertising platforms including Meta (Facebook) and Google for the purpose of delivering targeted advertisements and measuring ad performance. This sharing does not include your full name, payment information, or order details.
Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, your personal information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify you of any such transfer and any choices you may have.
SMS Opt-In Data. Brio Meals will not share, sell, rent, or trade SMS text messaging opt-in subscription information or user phone numbers with third parties, partners, or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Your Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal information; opt out of marketing communications; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and request a portable copy of your data. Email info@briomealsonline.com with subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 30 days.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law (typically 7 years for tax and accounting records).
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
Children’s Privacy
Brio’s services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

U.S. State Privacy Rights (CCPA / State Law)
This section applies to residents of California, Virginia, and other U.S. states with applicable consumer privacy laws.
In the past 12 months, Brio has collected: identifiers (name, email, address, phone, IP address); commercial information (order history, subscription details); internet activity (browsing behavior on our site); and communications (customer service interactions).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: know what personal information we have collected; request deletion of your personal information; correct inaccurate information; opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; limit the use of sensitive personal information (California); and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
To submit a privacy rights request, email info@briomealsonline.com with subject line “Privacy Rights Request.” We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
Do Not Track. Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals. You may manage cookie preferences through the Cookie Settings link in our footer.
International Data Transfers. Brio is based in the United States. By using our services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed by our service providers in the United States or other countries where privacy protections may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
