Founders Membership Terms

The Founders Membership is a limited launch initiative available to qualifying customers of Brio Meals LLC. By accepting Founders Membership, you agree to the following additional terms in conjunction with our standard Terms of Service.

Founders Benefits

• Locked Founders pricing on the standard meal plan, valid for as long as your subscription remains continuously active;
• Early access to upcoming menus and seasonal items;
• Participation in the Founders’ Menu Preview Series;
• Founders Welcome Package.

Pricing Protection

Founders pricing remains valid ONLY while your subscription remains continuously active. If you pause for more than 4 consecutive weeks, cancel, or have a payment lapse not corrected within 14 days, your Founders pricing is forfeited and future orders will be billed at the then-current public rates.

Limited Availability

The Founders Membership program is available to a limited number of qualifying customers. Brio reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or close enrollment at any time without prior notice.
